The LinkedIn Recruiter Executive Report is the Summary Report inside Recruiter's Reporting tab: a monthly rollup of your team's Recruiter utilization and performance, combining company-level panels like influenced hires and job slot utilization with per-seat activity.
The problem is that each panel uses a specific definition and a specific time window, and none of them are labeled on screen. So a recruiter opens the report before a quarterly review, sees "Influenced Hires: 14" next to an InMail response rate that looks low, and has to explain both without knowing exactly how LinkedIn counts them.
This guide defines every metric panel the way LinkedIn defines it, tells you the window or rule attached to each one, and explains how to read it in the room. Use it as a glossary you can keep open during the meeting.
