Copilot turns a job description into a live checklist and grades every candidate against it, showing a 0 to 100 percent match score with a color-coded skill breakdown.
You load a job description once. Copilot's AI extracts the skills, requirements, and experience levels from it, and separates must-have skills from nice-to-haves. From then on, each profile you open gets scored against that requirement.
Instant match scores
Every candidate gets a 0 to 100 percent match score at a glance. Skills are color-coded so you can read the fit in a second: green means a matched skill, red means a missing requirement, and amber marks a nice-to-have. You can compare a candidate against more than one job description if you are working several roles at once.
Deeper AI verification
When a profile looks promising, one click runs an AI verification. This goes past the instant score to assess experience depth, skill proficiency, and the candidate's strengths and gaps, with a severity rating on each gap. It is the difference between a quick shortlist pass and a closer read before you reach out.

Where it works
Copilot runs on LinkedIn profiles, LinkedIn search results, and LinkedIn Recruiter. It also supports GitHub profiles and can analyze PDF resumes. You do not change your workflow: it sits quietly in the background and scores what you look at.
